Description

Create gum paste flowers using the specially designed JEM Petal Pad. Suitable to use with a variety of decorative mediums including: flower paste (gum paste), sugar paste (rolled fondant), almond paste and modelling chocolate. The Foam Pad is washable and non-stick, although a small quantity of icing sugar or cornflour can be used for dusting if required.
