Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange/return your product, please follow the guidelines below and email us explaining the reason for your exchange/return request. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your products. We will review your request and get back to you within three working days.
Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the product. Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the product is eligible for exchange or refund.
Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Returns/Exchanges Conditions

In General
Blossom Cakes Express wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns and exchanges of items that meet the return criteria below.
You will be notified if your return cannot be accepted. In that case, you can choose to have your items shipped back to you (shipping at your expense). If no response is received within 7 days, Blossom Cakes Express reserves the right to retain the product and purchase amount.
Please note: shipping fees, duties, taxes, or import charges paid at checkout or delivery cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for all costs related to returning products. Return parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Blossom Cakes Express, so we recommend using a registered and trackable shipping service.
How to Return Your Order
Complete and submit the online Return Form to blossomcakesexpress@gmail.com.
Once approved, we’ll email you the return shipping instructions.
Excluded Items
No return or exchange will be accepted for the following:
The only exception permitted in the case of Excluded Items is of a faulty or damaged product ("Defective product"). In this case, the product will be returned to the supplier or for independent assessment by a third party to determine whether the product is defective. Product damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. If the product is determined to be defective, the customer will be entitled to the repair or a full refund as appropriate within the circumstances at the sole expense of the supplier. Blossom Cakes Express will use its best efforts to secure such repairs or a refund on behalf of the customer, but accepts no liability whatsoever, howsoever arising from the defective items supplied by the supplier.
Sellable Condition
"Sellable Condition" means that the product is still in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labelling, dust bags, blisters, and the boxes are intact; that the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold; and that the product is not damaged in any way.
The decision as to whether the product is in Sellable Condition remains within Blossom Cake Express' sole discretion, and its decision shall be final.
If Blossom Cakes Express receives an unacceptable return, the customer may choose to either have the item disposed of or re-shipped back at the customer's sole expense.
