Returns and Exchanges
This Return Policy is only applied to online purchases.
Should you wish to exchange/return your product, please follow the guideline below and email us explaining the reason for your exchange/return request. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your products. We will review your request and get back to you within three working days.
Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding product. Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the product is eligible for exchange or refund.
Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our returns/exchange policy:
Blossom Cakes Express wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns and exchanges of items that meet the return criteria below.
a) the online Return Form must be correctly completed and submitted to email@example.com within 10 days from the date of your receipt thereof;
b) the products have not been used, washed, modified or damaged;
c) the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging (in the case you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components);
d) the products do not fall within the category of "Excluded Items" as defined below;
e) the products is in "Sellable Condition" as defined below;
f) Blossom Cakes Express must receive the goods within thirty (30) days from the date the package was delivered to you;
g) the returns that are damaged or soiled cannot be accepted and shall be sent back to you at your own expense and the refund refused;
h) If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, Blossom Cakes Express shall refund to your original from of payment the amounts paid for the returned products. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your own expense. If you do not wish to receive the products, Blossom Cakes Express shall be entitled to keep the products and retain the amount paid for your purchase of the products;
Please note that any duties, taxes, and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. Besides, customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning products. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Blossom Cakes Express. We, therefore, recommend you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

No return or exchange will be accepted for the following:
a) Sales/Discounted Products
b) Electrical/Electronic Devices
c) Books and Magazines
d) Consumable Items (Sugarpaste, Colourings, Candles, & etc.)
The only exception permitted in the case of Excluded Items is of faulty or damaged ("Defective product"). In this case, the product will be returned to the supplier or for independent assessment by a third party to determine whether the product is defective. Product damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. If the product is determined to be defective, the customer will be entitled to the repair or a full refund as appropriate within the circumstances at the sole expense of the supplier. Blossom Cakes Express will use its best efforts to secure such repairs or refund on behalf of the customer but accepts no liability whatsoever howsoever arising from the defective items supplied by the supplier.
"Sellable Condition" means that the product is still in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labelling, dust bags, blisters, and the boxes are intact; that the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold; and that the product is not damaged in any way.
The decision as to whether the product is in Sellable Condition remains within Blossom Cake Express' sole discretion and its decision shall be final.
If Blossom Cakes Express receives a return that cannot be accepted, the customer has the option either to collect the product from our store or have the product re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.
