PME Garrett Frill Cutter is ideal for use with a range of edible and non-edible materials including sugarpaste, gumpaste, marzipan or craft clays. You can create beautiful frills that are great side designs, fabric effects and more. Choose from the three interchangeable centres to select the depth of frill required. Simply snap into place and release by pressing from the back.
