Katy Sue Designs NL Collection – Blossom Mould & Veiner Set — designed by sugar master Chef Nicholas Lodge. This Flower Pro set transforms basic gum paste into exquisitely realistic fruit blossoms, including cherry, prunus, apple, plum, peach, almond, pear, geranium, primula, primrose, plus buds and leaves — perfect for professional wedding cakes and sugar flower artistry.


  • Designed by Chef Nicholas Lodge for Katy Sue Designs
  • The mould can be used for sugar paste, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy, boiled sugar, cold porcelain, salt dough, air-drying clays and embossing powders.
  • Dual-Mould Design:
  • Mould 1 creates 3 large flower heads (34 mm diameter), 2 small flower heads (20 mm & 15 mm), 4 leaves (large: 48 × 18 mm), & 6 buds (10 mm to 6 mm diameter)
  • Mould 2 includes petal veiner (47 mm diameter with wire hole) & leaf veiner (47 × 25 mm) for authentic natural texture
