Description

作者簡介:
何肖琼 Louisa Ho 是香港專業協會的主席,有40多年製造麵包西餅的經驗。何肖琼女士1963年畢業於英國南威爾斯Cardiff College of Food Technology,取得烘焙專業文憑。求學期間,他參加過很多比賽,獲獎無數。畢業後曾於多間包餅製造公司任職廠長,也曾與兄長在香港銅鑼灣開設幾家餅店,期間並不斷進修及鑽研技術。1987年起任教於黃克競工業學院,負責烘焙課程,教導理論及實習課程,桃李滿門,學生多任職於大酒店及包餅公司。
